Returned items must be sent back in their original condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return.

Each piece is handmade and unique, therefore small variations may occur.
